Google Analytics is an important tool in the content strategy and digital marketing world. It’s what gives you the power to get to know your audience, see how you’re performing online, and build a plan to make your brand stand out.
Using Google Analytics, I was able to analyze the performance of eco-friendly T-shirts on the Google Merchandise Store versus non-eco friendly shirts to determine what effect, if any, marketing products as sustainable had on sales. The audience interest was there, but the purchases weren’t. So, I made recommendations about how to turn interest into revenue.
